# Some sheets linked to my Slides or Docs are marked as “Private”

**Why do I get this error?**

When a spreadsheet that you don’t have access to is linked to a Slides or Docs you have access to, the spreadsheet is marked as “Private spreadsheet” and you cannot see nor use its variable.

**What should I do to solve this problem?**

In order to access it, you can click on the option button on the side and request access to the spreadsheet.

If the spreadsheet is yours, or you normally have access to it, the problem may be related to a [“Multiple account issue”. ](https://help.dokin.co/troubleshooting/error-multiple-accounts-issue)

If you have just received access to it and still see it marked as “Private”, you may solve the problem by closing the Dokin app and restarting it.
