I’ve subscribed a paying plan but my account still appears as Free
In some rare cases, it may happen that after signing up for a premium account, your profile details still show you as a free customer.
Why do I get this error?
The error can be caused by two types of issues:
- 1.Your payment has failed
- 2.You need to refresh the Dokin sidebar
What should I do to solve this problem?
1) If your payment has failed you should receive an error message or an email by our partner Stripe alerting you that your payment has failed.
Please try again or use a different payment method.
2) If your payment was successful, then you should simply reload the Dokin sidebar. Alternatively you can close and restart Dokin.
